GROUP CONSOLIDATION ACCOUNTANT
My client is a rapidly expanding IT holding company, headquartered in Cyprus and operating across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for a Group Consolidation Accountant to ensure accurate group reporting and financial transparency across all entities.

The ideal candidate has a background in IFRS, experience in multi-entity structures, and cross-border accounting complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements under IFRS for the entire group, ensuring accuracy.
• Eliminate intercompany transactions and reconcile balances across multiple entities.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to collect, validate, and standardize financial data.
• Analyze and explain variances between management and statutory reporting.
• Optimize consolidation processes, leveraging automation tools.
• Prepare analytical reports for senior management, highlighting key financial trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of consolidation experience in a holding company.
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with Cyprus entities is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Russian and English B2+
• Big 4 background – preferred but not mandatory.
